Hopeless Streamyx

When will you improve Streamyx? You’re so HOPELESS, after almost 15-16 hours downtime in my area and now when i already connected the speed is so terrible to the international sites. (only normal for the local malaysian site) I am subscribing for Internet service NOT an INTRANET .. bloody TM ^$##$$#!
