Streamyx is crap because:

1. They moving backward (Other broadband companies moving forward by upgrade their services & hardware etc few times with more speed and bandwidth but Streamyx just upgrade the package and yet the speed and services become worst than the first few years of their services)

2. They offering let say 1Mbps package which is 1Mbps download and 512 Kbps upload but the truth is that speed only apply within TM network only while outside their network to another neighbourhood countries and other continent is no better than dial up.

3. Streamyx Internet Broadband? fuck it lah wei i rather call it Streamyx Intranet Broadband.

Sure some readers out there gonna utter this “Why don’t you move to another ISP?”

Macam mana mau tuka ISP, I’m living in rural area (small town) no competitor only this stupid ISP je yang available. Kalau lah ada ISP lain kat sini sure aku tamatkan subscription broadband sampah bernama streamyx ni.

Haa sebelum aku lupa, tak bole ke pekerja TM ni buat rutin untuk reset dslam contohnya seminggu sekali ke apa, takkan nak kena call help center dan mendengar arahan supayakan melakukan perbuatan munafik. (off modem, on modem, cek kabel, sambung direct tanpa splitter etc)

Kerja bodoh yang amat membuang masa sebab kebanyakan pekerja callcenter VADS adalah amatur atau secara detailnya graduan menganggur (bidan terjun) yang hanya menjawab telepon dan membaca buku manual yang mengandungi arahan kepada perbuatan munafik seperti perenggan di atas. Padahal kebanyakannya tak ubah mcm burung kakak tua. cakap hanya di mulut.. pengetahuan berkaitan zero. (bukan semua but most of them)
