Streamyx went nuts on wednesday evening after heavy rain+storm. I guess dad blaming me for the cause of the internet breakdown at our home as i`m still online when the rain pouring with several thunder strikes. I did some diagnostic on router and found thats not the prob on my end. I assume that was major downtime for Streamyx here due to nature causes and yet they don’t ever know bout that?
With streamyx customer service on the other end sure you would go berserk as they gonna make you do the most stupid step-by-step instruction, the same script everyone attached with at VADS regardless you are the noob user or expert user. I should shout at them when they insist me to do the steps but then its useless as i know their job is just receive the complaints and forward it to TM (and yet most of them is an innocence university fresh graduates). “Mr. X, we will send our technician to look out for it”. Yeah right! i will just wait then..
On Thursday, the problem was still at large, nothing happen. Went here n there, call here n there just to tell them they got problem on their end and yet no action has been taken by them. I still cant access the net till midnite. I was so moody that day because they kicked me here n there and yet the condition is still the same. nothing change. Much more pressure when i got blamed by dad for the internet prob? As to prove the problem is not caused by me, i bought new router to connect the internet and yet it is still the same. Seee.. who`s right here sir? i also tried my old router at my new room (at new house) and the old router work perfectly. no problem indeed. I got headache. WTF TM is doing?
Friday, i won’t type more. The words gonna be harsh and more hatred toward the service. at 12 pm, out internet is fully restored. Bad experience indeed.
